Information on Our Return Policy:

In this article, we provide important information on our return policy, which includes a comprehensive list of items that can or cannot be returned. We highly recommend that you carefully read and understand this policy before placing an order with us for your convenience.

 

Return Policy

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to initiate the return process. We encourage you to promptly inspect and try on items upon delivery.

 

Please note:

  • All returnable items must remain in their original, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered condition, complete with the tags still attached.
  • Refunds will not be provided for items that show evident wear, washing, alteration, or missing tags.
  • Once your return package is in transit back to us, we regret to inform you that we cannot resend any items. Therefore, please ensure that your return package only includes the Dbrbridal items that you plan to return.
  • Customer need responsible for both shipping fees for return.
  • Our real shipping fee and rush order service fee is nonerefundable
  • For each return, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
  • As almost all items on our website are made-to-order, including standard sizing, we do not allow "buy-many-keep-one" purchases as they increase environmental waste. If you are unsure about the color, size, or style of the item you wish to purchase, we offer several services to assist you in finding the perfect dress, such as:

- A color and fabric swatch for a small fee (shipping is complimentary)

- A custom-size option, in which our tailors will ensure a perfect fit. We also offer custom sizing for our customers at an additional $20.

 

Please note that custom-made dresses are not eligible for returns.

We do not do free returns, that means if our workers did not do anything wrong, we have the right to decline the return.

 

Please be aware that most Dbrbridal products are made-to-order to lower environmental waste and maintain low prices for our customers. The assessment of these fees is automatically deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Exchange Services:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange services for our products. As our items are made-to-order, we do not keep them in stock, making it difficult for us to provide an exchange. However, if you need a different size or color, we encourage you to initiate a return process for the items you wish to exchange (if eligible as per our return policy) and place a new order for the desired item.

 

If you require a different size and prefer not to initiate a return process, we can offer you an alternative solution. We can provide a 50% discount on the cost of remaking the item in the size you require. Please keep in mind that our products are made-to-order, so the production time and price may vary compared to the original order. You can contact our customer service team for further assistance in availing this option.

 

Return Shipping Charges:

At present, we do not offer return labels for customers. If you need to return an item, you can take the package to your local post office and send it back to us. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee directly to the post office. The return shipping charges will vary depending on the shipping company and country from where the item is being returned. Customers are required to confirm the delivery status of returned items themselves.

 

Details of Refunds:

Refunds will be provided for the price paid for the returned item(s), along with any applicable taxes. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees, shipping insurance, or taxes paid on shipping. If there is a restocking fee, it will be deducted from the refund amount. For more details about the restocking fee, please refer to the Restocking Fee section in this article.

 

Processing Time:

The refund process only begins once a returned package has been scanned and confirmed back at our warehouse. Following confirmation, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time may vary depending on your payment method and bank). After your returned products are confirmed and the refund is processed, you will receive a notification email.

 

If the order has placed for over six months, and the order cannot be refunded, you can contact our customer service team to provide your PayPal account after the package has been returned. This will enable us to process your refund immediately following confirmation of the returned package at our warehouse, resulting in a faster refund process.

 

Please Note:

In general, it may take a few weeks for a return to arrive back at our warehouse and be processed. If you choose to return the packages by yourself at your cost, instead of using our return label, you will need to confirm the return delivery status by yourself.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Mis-Shipped items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or not the item you ordered, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Please provide us with a photo of the issue so that we can confirm the problem and promptly assist you with a resolution. If we determine that the problem is our fault, we will gladly issue a refund, or send a new item to you free of charge.

To ensure that we can address the issue as quickly as possible, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. After this time frame, we may not be able to process the replacement or issue a full refund.

Rights Reserved Regarding Returns:

We reserve the right to define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time, based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to:

  • Returns made in an unacceptable condition (such as worn, altered, washed, or damaged items).
  • Returns made without our prior approval or knowledge.
  • Irregular or excessive return history indicating fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Irregular or excessive return history related to items that are worn, altered, washed, damaged, or missing.
  • Bulk orders consisting of multiple sizes/variations of items of the same type.

 

Please note the following:

  1. When returning an item, please make sure to send it back to the correct return address. If the package is returned to the shipping address on the package, we will not be able to receive it. Please ensure that you check the return address before sending the package.
  1. If you refuse to receive your package, it will be destroyed by the local authorities, and we will not be able to provide a refund. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding a package that you have received.

 

Disclaimer of Liability:

We want our customers to be satisfied with their Dbrbridal products, but please be aware that we are not liable for the following issues:

  • In the event that return item(s) are lost or damaged during shipment, we cannot be held responsible. We recommend that you keep the receipt with tracking information.
  • Dbrbridal products may be adversely affected by exposure to corrosive substances or chemicals such as Liquid Silver Polish, hot tubs, spas, or pools. Such exposure can alter the product's appearance and may result in damage. Please use caution when exposing your Dbrbridalproducts to any chemicals.
  • Products may be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance. Customers are responsible for proper use and maintenance of their Dbrbridalproducts, and any damage resulting from negligence or improper use will not be covered.
  • Dbrbridalsilver pieces are detailed through oxidation, and over time, these pieces may appear black. This is a natural occurrence and can be remedied by cleaning the piece with a silver polishing cloth to restore its original appearance.
