Our ability to make changes to your order, such as changes to color, design, or size, may be limited depending on the item you ordered.

 

Please see below for detailed information on our Changes Policy:

 

Color & Size Changes

 

For Made-To-Order Items, such as Bridesmaid Dresses, Mother of the Bride Dresses, Wedding Dresses, and more, we can change the chosen color, size, and measurement within 24 hours of the order being confirmed. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of order confirmation to request changes. After the 24-hour change window has passed, orders move into production, and no changes can be made.

 

Please note that we will charge a custom fee if you need to change from a standard size to a custom size. If you need to change from a custom size to a standard size, we will refund the custom fee you paid.

 

Add or Delete Items

 

If you need to add or delete items, please email our customer service team with your order number and change request within the change time window. They will assist you in deleting unwanted items and adding new ones to your existing order.

 

Design Changes

If you ordered standard-sized dresses but need these changes, we will have to charge you a custom fee because the dresses are already specially custom-made just for you. Please note that custom-made dresses are non-returnable.

 

For Made-To-Order Dresses, we currently offer the following design changes:

 

  1. Remove Train or Add Spaghetti Strap

If you need to remove the train or add spaghetti straps to the custom-sized dresses you ordered, please contact our customer service team with your order number and change request within 24 hours of order confirmation. Our tailors will make the changes for free.

 

 

  1. Remove Belt or Bow

If you need to remove the belt or bow on the dresses you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of order confirmation. They will check if the requested change is possible, and if yes, our tailors will make the changes for free.

 

 

  1. Add or remove Sleeves

You can add sleeves to the dress you ordered by contacting our customer service team with your order number and change request. Please note that a custom fee of $20 USD will apply, and once modified, the dress will be non-returnable.

 

  1. Remove or Adjust Slit Height

If you need to adjust the height of the dress's slit, whether it be to make it higher or lower, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of order confirmation. They will check if the requested change is possible, and if yes, our tailors will make the changes for an additional fee. Please note that once modified, the dress will be non-returnable.

 

Important Notes

 

Due to time differences, there may be some delays in our customer service processing time. Therefore, we suggest submitting your change request within 24 hours.

 

If you submit your change request after the change window, we reserve the right to refuse your request. Additionally, if your order has already been shipped before we start processing your request, we cannot make any changes, and we are not liable for this situation.

 

Although we accept some change requests for Made-to-Order Items, we do not recommend making changes after production. Please keep in mind that the majority of Dbrbridal made-to-order products are designed to reduce environmental waste and minimize our carbon footprint. Changes after production may cause more waste of materials. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully consider the information you provide when placing your order and leave a note if necessary. Please ensure that your order information is correct before submitting the order.
