Basic Cancellation Policy

 

Please note that most of our dresses are Made-To-Order Items. These items require 15-25 workdays for production, such as Bridesmaid Dresses, Mother of the Bride Dresses, Wedding Dresses, Prom dresses, Evening dresses and more.

 

Unpaid Orders of Made-To-Order Items:

 

The order will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

 

Paid Orders of Made-To-Order Items:

 

We understand that these items are important purchases, which is why we offer an extended cancellation window for Made-To-Order items. We aim to start producing your purchased item(s) within 24 hours of the order being confirmed to ensure that it arrives in time for your special event.

Within 24 hours of order confirmation, you may receive a full refund of the item price and shipping fee.

For cancellations between 24-72 hours after order confirmation, you can receive an 80% refund of the item price and shipping fee.

Cancellations between 72-120 hours after order confirmation are eligible for a 50% refund of the item price and shipping fee.

If you cancel more than 120 hours after order confirmation, you will only be eligible for a refund of the shipping fee.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Please take note of the following important information:

 

Once a cancellation request has been processed, it cannot be reversed, and you will need to place a new order to receive the item(s). If you need to make changes to your order, please refer to our Order Change Policy.

 

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return a shipped item, you will need to wait until it arrives and follow our return process. Please note that some items, such as Custom-Made Dresses and Final Sale Items (and any others marked as non-returnable on their ordering page), are non-returnable.
